Membership Fees

  • £15.75 per month over 12 months.  The fees are averaged over a full year taking into account all school holiday periods.
  • The fees are the same no matter how many days you come to swim club.  While it isn’t necessary to attend all three sessions each week, the coaching staff feel that regular attendance is essential.
  • Fees are payable monthly by standing order.  On joining the club you’ll be given full details of how to set up your standing order payment.
  • Discounts are available if parents are willing to volunteer with the club on a weekly basis.
  • We also offer a limited number of free places as part of our bursary scheme.  Please contact us for further details of this.

As a club we want to recognise and reward our volunteers for their volunteer hours.
They give up a lot of their time lifeguarding or coaching every week. The Saltire Award allows us to recognise their achievements.

Our Junior Coaches and Lifeguards will be coming home with an information pack, please help them to complete these forms and return ASAP. This will allow us to start rewarding them for their hard work.

The Saltire Award is a Scottish Government Reward Scheme, where young people between ages 12 & 25 receive recognition for volunteering. They achieve certificates and Young Scot reward points to gain prizes for the volunteering they do.

Saltire Awards are recognised by employers and look good on CVs and job application forms.

There are 4 sections to the award designed to celebrate their volunteering journey. (See photos below)

We aim to support our young people through this award over the coming months.
